We took a bunch of animals in to the vet today for various things. Isis had treadmill therapy, which she wasnt able to complete due to her breathing issues. We highly suspect she has laryngeal paralysis, which doesnt allow her to catch a full breath. It was hard to see her struggle, and to be unable to do something she could do just a month ago. Jim is taking her back in this afternoon to be seen by the vet, to see what our options are. At almost 15, I know they are limited. Its such a privilege to have an ancient dog, but its also so very heartbreaking.
