We want all our family and friends to know that if they ever are thinking about putting in a pool DO NOT USE ALAGLAS Pools - An absolute joke when it comes to service. Our assigned project manager - Ken Baldwin out of the Charleston store, was terribly arrogant and had absolutely had no regard to our property. The kicker was that we told him our concerns with all the unprecedented rains and he still proceeded. They destroyed our side yard, ripped out our mailbox and cracked/crushed our driveway and then proceeded to insult us with a $100.00 credit. Finally, they had their guy come out yesterday to collect final payment and then called us this morning to say that he gave us the wrong price and we need to send them a check for another $175.00. Unbelievable!!! Please pass this on to all of your friends and family!!!
