We want to thank Trish for taking time to share her family cooking experience on Tripadvisor. Here is how Trish recalled her memorable private cooking class at Food Playground : "What can I say - our experience surpassed all expectations and we could not fault a thing. We went as a family of 4 (daughter 18 and son 15) for a private cookery lesson and cooked 3 different dishes - sate, spring rolls and fish laksa. From the moment we walked in we were made so welcome by the lovely, friendly staff. They obviously have a passion for local cooking and that shows in everything they do. They explained the background to the dishes, the ingredients and all the steps involved and everything was pitched at a level that worked for the whole family. This is totally hands on so we chopped, pounded, fried and stirred under their guidance. At the end we then sat down and ate the meal that we had cooked ourselves and it tasted totally authentic. The recipes will be emailed to us in the next few days and we will definitely be trying these at home. So often you see rave reviews on trip advisor and wonder if it really is that good - in this case we can say 110% that it is. Hope to return to Singapore in the future and we will definitely book this again when we do."
