We were actually standing about 5 feet away when a group of kids charged the fence & hopped it like it was recess, saw the security guard get slammed by the fence & crowd. This is sad for both sides, some people just want to go have a good time & listen to music, some want to rage their face off & make out with trees, some have no idea whats going on they are just following the herd but in the end of the day these festivals make way too much money to not have a propper border & security team to handle these cases. After reading the arguments both sides have very valid points, the city says its dangerous & getting out of hand, but they also enjoy the millions of dollars that they get, but on the side of Ultra they are following the citys guidelines for code & inspection. Well, if the the city is making millions, ultra is making millions why would there by any lack of security or secure fencing that cant be knocked down? This is a fail on both sides, city should know what is expected & the festival after the past few years should know if even code doesnt require higher gates they shouldnt try & save money to not do it right after previous years with the same issues. Whats your guys thoughts on this?
