We will be releasing our Blackcap Raspberry in 750 ml bottles this Thursday, August 14th at 4:30pm at both the brewery at the Raccoon Lodge & Brew Pub and at the Barrel House. Bottles will be $22 (includes deposit), with no bottle limit at this time. Still no shipping, sorry. This NW style sour ale is a blend of wheat and blond beers barrel aged for up to 11 months. Aromas of dark, dank raspberries with hints of soft oak start this beer off. Soft, rich raspberry fruits and notes of grape skins roll across the palate and lead to a slightly dry finish of Blackcap raspberries and subtle oak.
