We would like to invite you to the coordination meeting that will be held in Istanbul on the 26th of April from 9am-5pm, to discuss: 1.Final agenda of the WHS consultation workshops. 2.The roadmap of the WHS consultation workshops. 3.Coordination between the organisations who are organising WHS consultations workshops in their countries or through their offices in their fields or through their partners in different countries. نشكركم جزيل الشكر على مساهمتكم في الإجابة على إستبيان ورش العمل التشاورية بين الجمعيات العربية والإسلامية لمناقشة مؤتمر القمة الإنسانية العالمية في إسطنبول 2016. نحن نقدر جميع جهودكم المبذولة في العمل معا لتنظيم ورش العمل التشاورية من خلال مساهمة منظمتكم معنا. يشرفنا أن ندعوكم للمشاركة معنا وحضور الإجتماع التنسيقي الذي سوف ينعقد في إسطنبول يوم 26 من شهر إبريل من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً الى الساعة الخامسة عصراً في التحضير لورش العمل التشاورية التي سوف تعقدونها من أجل إسهام جمعياتكم بفعالية في مؤتمر القمة العالمي الإنساني ومناقشة التالي: • جدول عمل الورش التشاورية النهائي • مخطط تنظيم مواقع تنظيم ورش العمل • التعاون والتنسيق بين المنظمات المنظمين لورش العمل في بلدانهم او من خلال مكاتبهم او شركائهم العاملين في البلدان الاخرى. نحن نرحب بمقترحاتكم التي تودون إضافاتها في جدول عمل الورش التشاورية.
