Wealth or riches as well as chronic poverty in this life do not determine the true or the right spiritual state in the life of any Christian. Spirituality can never be measured by a life of poverty or by the abundance of money or materialism in the life of any Christian. A true Christian faith opposes the love of money, greed and covetousness. Any Christian can desire to be wealthy in this life by working toward this life goal or ambition provided the source or the sources of such wealth are not from the ungodly, illegal and unbiblical means (prosperity gospel)" - Sunday Iwalaiye.
