Wednesday 11/09/13 Morning. A dry but a rather dull start to the day. Feeling rather fresh, especially in rural areas. As we head towards midday the clouds will thicken and rain will start to spread South across the region. Afternoon. By the afternoon the rain could become quite persistent and heavy at times. Highs of 15°C. Evening & Overnight. The rain will ease throughout the evening and die off over night. Clouds will thin and break and a few mist and fog patches may develop. Lows of 9°C
