Week 1 back in the gym for Unique-Muscle Enhancements 12 week challenge saw our Gym challenge! 400m run 20 squats minimum 30kg girls 50kg boys 20 chin ups 20 bench press desired weight 20 Deadlifts same as squat minimum weights 20 push and press girls 10-15kg boys 25-40kg Repeat 5 times with a 40 minute time limit! Good to see everyone back in gym this morning! Looking forward to seeing the progression over the 3 months!
