Weight Loss - Two Meals a Day Keeps Diabetes at Bay! We may need to rethink the grazing approach for obesity. A 2014 randomized trial involving 54 diabetics has shown that those eating two large meals per day (breakfast and lunch) achieved greater weight loss, reduced blood glucose and reduced fasting insulin levels, than those eating six meals per day! It is worth noting that this is not the best approach for those with chronic fatigue or some digestive issues.
