Welcome to CityFest pounding away in all its glory underneath my window from noon to 10 p.m. For those of you know how much I like crowds, loud noise and festivals generally...you can imagine this is like visiting the Seveth Level of home. Unfortunatly, on an absolutely beautiful day like today the beaches, the Park, and the Zoo are all equally packed so no escape there. We are in the season of weekly events, parades marathons etc. in the neighborhood. Fortunately this is the only one outside my window, and they are part of what makes up Hillcrests character. Think I will walk to Whole Foods ad Trader Joes and aimlessly wander the aisles for hours. LOL.
