Welcome to Vlog #6! - So today I woke up in a good ass mood and decided to take a walk in the woods near my house and relax. During the walk my legs were feeling ache and my knees were bothering me. It was annoying feeling like an old man. You see Ive been lifting 4 days a week for the past 16 weeks and my body is feeling it. So I decided that before I start my MASS phase I would take a week off from training so my body could completely recover. My central nervous system, muscles, joints, everything, you the whole nine yards. During my deload week Ill be doing low intensity cardio like walking or riding my bike. I also decided that I would do a 10 minute barbell circuit at least 2 times this week; very light weight, nothing too intense. The reason I want to add barbell circuits is because for the simple reason of movement. I dont want to be laying in bed watching tv all week, even though that would be the perfect scenario for a deload week. The reason body builders are so big (aside from all the training, food, supplements, and a crazy amounts of discipline) is because they breath, eat, and sleep training. They get paid to get big which makes it a lot easier for them to have a rest day of complete relaxation and recovery from their previous workout. This means that they can completely recover from every workout which allows them to go 110% in the gym every time they train. So anyways in the gym today I decided that I would do a 10 minute barbell circuit that hits all the major muscles groups and has me performing 4 of the primal movements. https://youtube/watch?v=X5eX3ikjFPc
