It is advisable to ensure you have confidence in your items prior to finalising any transaction. * If you have more than one item to sell, please create an album. It works well to include your pick up location/s and your name in the title. Individual photos tend to flood the wall, and then become scattered and hard to locate. * If several people show interest in your item/s, I think that it works best if the order of the comments is adhered to in regards to who buys (or has first dibs and shows interest). * Please respect other buyers and do not try to jump cues. (If an interested party does to confirm contact within 6hrs, it would be reasonable to contact them to end the transaction iF there is another interested buyer) *Only bump 3 of your items every 12hours. This is to respect others on the page. It clogs the wall and bumps others posts down. * This site is intended for individuals to buy/sell/swap items within their community, and also for sharing of information within the community. Please do not purchase private items if you intend to or sell them for business profit. *Businesses - you are welcome to post specials or any other information however please DO NOT clog the wall with advertising - please ensure you BUMP your original post. Bumping of business posts may only occur ONCE A WEEK on a Monday. If you break this rule, you will be banned/removed from the site without warning. * If you encounter an issue with a member, please contact them privately. If need be, you can alert Admin. Please do not post any negative comments on the wall. * And PLEASE (please, please, please, please!!!!!!) remove a post/ photo/ album once it is no longer relevant/ available. Individuals/ businesses from other areas are welcome to join, but it is requested that all posts on this page are specific to the suburbs within Cardinia Council area. It is hoped that common sense will prevail in regards to posts. Please remember that this is a public forum.
