Well, Happy Friday! Wanna know what burns me up??!! Getting a call from a medical bill collector when we have not received the 1st bill in the first place. Lady on the phone says this doesnt mean you are a bad person . Thank you!! We have had a very trying spring and summer. ER visit 7 times from May til July. You bet we have bills!! Surely that is enough time to bill someone before it gets turned over in one lump sum!!! I am not trashing Claiborne Hospital in any way. I have only had praises with ER staff. Just seems there should be a better way to bill patients and make them feel like they havent done wrong! I have enough stress and worry...rant over. Go about your day if you cared in the first place
