Well I am up, moving around, half caffeinated and have my meds on board. Now I can go get my leg measured for the prosthetic. I get staples out today. a shrinker goes on and Pete, my prosthesis guy, is measuring me up. Hopefully not like in the old west where they asked how tall are you before a gunfight...for the casket. Once Kindra gets back I will get out of here. I am going to beg my doc for release to drive so my beautiful wife will allow me to get behind the wheel of my truck. I know I can do it. She knows I can do it but she would not let me drive alone without that clearance due to her worrying. Since I really do not need to go anywhere, I will accept that from her. Why make her worry? She does that enough all on her own...Right Robin, Jewell? Got to hear from Dad yesterday...Hope all is well. Mary and I sent a few dozen texts to one another. Dahlion gave me his makeshift greeting...screw you back D! Rebecca texted me and as always my Mom in law texted me worried about the fall....I SWEAR I AM OK! Kathy, my Mom, came by to drop off some things I had left in her building for far too long and allow me to borrow a back up heater for the winter. Not to mention check and see how her oldest is doing. We talked for a few and she had to get home. Work in the morning and dogs to let out. Jack and Jill are characters. Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mixes.. HYPER does not express it enough. Jill acts as if she is on speed/cocaine all the time. All in all yesterday was pretty quiet. Kindra and I finally are up to date on her and my favorite tv shows. She napped, cold is kicking her butt...I tell her the reason I am never sick is vitamins. She needs to take them too. Oh and one for the contractors out there or friends of contractors...the United States Postal Service has yet to contact me about my mail box so I am looking into ways of repairing it soon, before it falls completely over and that idgit mailman just doesnt deliver to us anymore.
