Well, I looked at this short video a few times to see - who did what, and I see the officer following the youngman and then as he let him go - the officer did get in the young mans face - saying do it - do it and I can hear the young man telling him to get out of his face and next I see the officer put up his fist for boxing - they are not at the gym and why was the other officer just standing by? This reach of power was a bit to much. You want respect, you need to give respect also. -I posted this to wall and had to share this will all of you. The officer to me - went a little to far and his partner is just standing there - they both need to get that slap on the hand.
