Well I went to Hash this afternoon, first time since I had my shoulder op back at the beginning of June, had a great time, it was nice to see everyone again, and a new baby in our midst, last time I saw her mum she wasnt even expecting. The run was along the river down in Bayswater, it was really nice, cool breeze, and we found some exercise equipment on the grass, not sure if Ill be able to lift my arms tomorrow. Wondered when I sat down and grabbed the 2 arms how they would work the weight side of the thing, but soon found out, as you pull down the seat goes up so if you keep your feet of the ground youre pulling your own weight up. Shit did 10 had a spell then another 10, might not be able to lift them up tomorrow, well see. Not to mention the legs, might be a fun morning at clogging tomorrow. Im off to bed now, Night Nigh
