Well, I went to my first post-op appointment with my surgeon today. In spite of the earlier issues, she is very proud of my progress. I have lost 65 pounds since i started the program, and 40 pounds since my surgery 8 weeks ago. My BMI has dropped 7 (!) points and my waist has lost TEN inches. I was very happy with the kudos and all the results. Thought Id share the good news with all of you, who have been totally supportive through all this!
