Well Im finally home, unpacked and able to relax for a minute... What an amazing two weeks I have had, competing on the national stage at the NPC TCM Championships in Pittsburgh and then returning to Texas to hit the stage one more time against some of the best natural athletes in the state, with pro cards on the line for the IFBB and WNBF. Well as you know I placed 6th in both classes in Pittsburgh, but this weekend I placed 4th in Open Mens Physique and 1st in Masters which earned me a WNBF Procard. So the question was asked will I honor my position in the WNBF and the answer is yes. So with that said let give my thanks and Shout Outs..lol First and foremost all honor and praise to our Father above, thank you to my beautiful mother Lillian Martin who was hospitalized twice during this prep, but kept me inspired to stay focus and keep training, my kiddos, sisters and nieces, my church members, Ross Shaw Sterling c/o 85, The Streling Raiders Kickball Team, all of my PT clients & Bootcampers, my coworkers at BNSF, my sponsor Randy at Nutrishop West U, Todd Tanner at Drop zone Fitness, my brothers with Team Bigger, Faster, Stronger Charles Smith & Jeremy Grant, Billy Dee Williams and Team Blackout Fitness Models, Team Pressnflex Ifbb Pro Miguel Pressnflex, my brothers in fitness Joe Cantu & Alex Kinion Sr, TexasState Naturals, my sisters in fitness Tomeka Flowers who introduce me to the sport and IFBB Pro Rose Brunner, and everyone who has followed my fitness journey over the years and last but never least, special thanks to the mighty, mighty Team ODF Operation Doctor Frankenstein Divas & Monsters, without you guys I dont think I could have made it, much, much love team (yall awwwready know)lol!...
