Well, Ive been off here for a while, but needed to be. The BOILER - TopicsExpress

Well, Ive been off here for a while, but needed to be. The BOILER is gone from the laundry room. Brian said it weighed about 400 pounds. My dolly squatted about 1/2 on the tires, but they got it out of here. Next, we installed the new forced air furnace. Blaine and Nathan Grams installed the gas piping, Brian Weiderman installed the cold air intake and exhaust, I installed the plenum, cold air return starter duct, drain pipes, and electrical. Now the house heats in ONE spot.. lol. Each week I will install sections of duct, matching it up to each bedroom, and upstairs rooms, along with the cold air returns. I should be finished before it gets too cold. This house has never used natural gas... not ever... before now. I dont have to worry about baseboard water pipes freezing anymore. We are mining the copper out of here, and pretty soon, the ceiling will be free of excessively many PIPES and wires. Warren and Donna came down last weekend to help do the last of the concrete work for the year. The Garage Apron needed to be poured. Actually, Amanda, Hannah, Matt, Joe, and Shawnna, all helped with this part. I will post pictures later of the tail end of the outdoor foundation work. Brian Weiderman is in the process of reorganizing the laundryroom layout. He is putting tile on that basement floor section, and it looks wonderful! Allison Ostercamp worked on the floor tile, along with Matt Brueske. Hope everyone has been behaving, and having a great time doing it. :D
