Well, Pilates didnt go well today. Only got a bit past halfway through when the coughing and wheezing got to the tipping point of me calling uncle on the whole situation. Could that fire please get contained now? My stupid lungs cant take it. Especially not in the week when I was going to add aerobic onto the end of the strength. Ive gone to treating it like bronchitis. So, in addition to the doubled up antihistamines, Im now taking Mucinex DM,1,200 mg, twice a day. If it helps, Ill need to buy more tomorrow morning.
