Well f/b family i was trying to find something about God doing for us what we cant do for ourselves. It was a subject that was brought up in our relationships and Ethics in ministry and i had just read something about it but in my searching i came across this devotion and WOW what a mighty God we serve cause i was offered a job up north yesterday a really good job but i turned it down but that awful question in the back of my mind WHAT IF? And i get this "Life is worth nothing unless..." "But life is worth nothing unless i use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus the work of telling others the good news about Gods mighty kindness and love." Acts20:24 living bible. Ryslims goes on to say alot about his devotion to spreading Gods word but the poem at the end did it. And it says " There is a beautiful poem called Indwelt, by Beatrice clelland, which sums up what i hope anyone could say about me. Not merely in the words you say, only in the deeds confessed in the most unconscious way, Christ expressed Is it a beatific smile, holy light upon the brow?no, i felt His presence while i laughed just now. For me,twas not the truth you taught, you so clear to me so dim, when you came to me you brought sense of him. And from your life He beckons me,from your heart His love is shed,I lose sight of you and see Christ instead, life is worth nothing unless i use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus -the work of helping others experience Gods presence How about you? How would you finish this sentence: "Life is worth nothing unless..."
