Well friends, I have officially reached a plateau in my weight loss journey thus I have decided to change things up. After watching my friend and IIN classmate Karen Parker Graves release 24 lbs and 32 inches plus have tons of increased energy in just 60 days using an amazing Superfood Nutritional Cleansing system, I have decided it is time for me to experience similar results because I am motivated to keep going strong on towards the healthiest me ever! I am thrilled to report that at least 60 of my Institute for Integrative Nutrition peers and health coaches use this nutritional cleansing system. I’m so excited to get started and to light a fire in my system as I continue to get my total health in line and create the strong, healthy body I deserve.
