Well here is the Dilemma. ReverbNation, where we host our band site has debited our bank account multiple times for promotional material we did not authorized. I asked them to cancel and refund the amounts back to our credit card and they say me, "if we do that, we will suspend your account." WTH! Not sure why we must endure punishment for their obvious mistake. So either we lose several hundred dollars in billing or lose our account which we have worked so hard to build. Our reverb page has over 50k fans and over 1 million downloads. It would all be gone if I push this issue. What would you do? BrokenDuckFeet
