Well heres todays update on Leo - sorry if I am boring some of my peeps! I do know some are waiting on tenterhooks lol:-) After a day off yesterday Leo was raring to go offering me canter every time I wanted a trot - we dont scold for that especially as they were lovely free and very calm. Big trot almost to the road end - he is such a girls blouse that it is very scary by the bamboo - considering his paddock is next door he is not a very brave boy haha. Anyhoo - we survived the scary end and he was very well behaved going back to finding out about trot serpentines - man can he move now he has the space and trot poles - mum - lets just jump em! He is such a holsteiner. I am loving the feeling of being braver on him now and handling his huge energy at times but he is proving to be a willing partner these days, listening to my voice when worried and waiting for me. Big smiles all around. What a difference a year makes aye - considering I could still barely walk and was not even allowed to touch the horses I am pretty pleased all in all.
