Well, it is time the senate democrats use the nuclear option, and confirm president Obamas three judicial nominees to DC Circuit Court, and circumvent republican non sense filibuster. Here is what two top republican senators had said on the floor : it is not necessary to fill three vacant slots at the DC Cicuit Court because it doesnt have a heavy case load at the present time. Can you believe that folks.? Currently, there are eight sitting judges on the bench, and three vacancies at the DC Federal Circuit Court. Four of them were nominated by then president Bill Clinton, and the other four were nominated by president G W Bush; therefore, republicans believe if these three new judges are confirmed, it will tip the balance of the court to democratic ideologies. Well, that is absurd. Bear in mind that these three judges have been waiting confirmation since June.
