Well just what i expected called the csea chair person and said william is suppose to have a one on one aide for himself at all times its in his IEP and she said hasnt he always ....I said no for some reason this is his first year ....I said Im furious Ive called a million times to see whats going on and why it feels like my sons accommodation s are not being met and the lady didnt even know what was in his IEP ,, so the csea chair said wait a sec maybe I screwed up maybe its my fault .. So she looks and says yup he didnt have a one on one aide because he was in collaborated day treatment for 2 yrs ...so he didnt have one !! Okay so whats that mean IDC the teachers are suppose to know his plan of care (IEP) so why is it your fault they should of had a copy of it and been following it and maybe my son wouldnt be where he is had his IEP been followed like its suppose to be ..no kids would be bullying william if a aide was with him like there is suppose to be ,he would have earplugs or something for his auditory/sensory issues so he dont freak out when it nosy and all overwhelmed by the hustle bustle or the public school hes going to ....and nothing is being accommodating ....I knew I wasnt crazy and this was going on ...its bs Im getting on the phone with neurkal or however you spell it today and see what can be done and the csea is calling a meeting to fix things
