Well looks like we are getting a new water heater...old one bit the dust...in process of it draining and Oscar has gone to pick up the new one. BTW...did you know you should flush your hot water heaters, twice a year? You should turn off power to heater, drain water, add two bottles of bleach, then allow to fill back up, open all hot water faucets and allow bleach water to run through thoroughly, close faucets and allow tank to fill then turn back on power....this will help them last longer and continue to run effeciently!!!
