Well that is all behind us (Racers & race fans) and I do understand why it had to go to the Grand Jury and why some info needed to be sealed until after that was over & done with. Its too bad the media doesnt have the common sense to be sensitive to a situation where death & injury are involved when a high profile personality is also involved. Smoke has been cleared but he will forever be changed by this. Kevin Ward is dead because of his own actions which include being high while driving a race car (WTF!) and the mainstream media will not report half as much about it as they would had the GJ decided to indict Tony Stewart because they were so quick to jump on the lets be the first to crucify Smoke bandwagon & now that he is cleared they dont want to looke like bigger jackwagons than they already do.
