Well the gauntlet was thrown down and I was challenged by Lisa Sowersby Arruda to do the ALS ICE BUCKET challenge! So I did it this evening after a lovely birthday day and birthday dinner…and thinking about how lucky I am to have my health. So heres the video of me dousing myself with ice water…while I tried to get Gidget the wonder dog to partake she would have none of it and merely barked her protest and ran away…she is a smart pooch!
