Well this article certainly embodies the politics of food... with all the disclaimers and namby-pamby parenthetical clauses, its tough to wade through to the bottom line: Organic food is better for you, period. One thing they didnt focus on, and something people in the comments made sure to mention, is how bad pesticides are for consumers and workers who get the produce to us. Pesticides are literally poison. The less in our food and in our bodies, the better. An interesting statistic though: organic food only makes up *4%* of our food supply. Lets get that number up by requesting more organic food and supporting the places that sell it.
