Well this will be the smallest Turkey Ive ever roasted at just under 13 lbs. and the cheapest, better be good! Means Ive got money left for plenty of sides. My homemade cranberry sauce/relish/compote, call it what you will will be the first to cook. Im thinking, that with potatoes, butternut squash, corn, Homemade stuffing, Gravy, baked Mac and cheese, Green bean casserole and some type of tasty green veggie. A modest feast by my standards.
