Well... yesterday was blessed, fo sho. But Im glad its today! Logistics, lack of heavy paper, no motor vehicle, no phone... Not having these conveniences means that I may hafta improvise, may not make the call, may be late some times, may hafta walk 4 miles to get home after playing 2 great gigs with my friends and dancing my butt off to groovy grooves & funky beats. Ive been sick for the last 4 days but I kept going as I didnt wanna let anyone down. I refused to even mention my illness... I love my new job at Gonzo and I love playing music. I love being alive and I recognize that some folks arent all that pleased with my attempting to work, work, work, work, work while being available less often due to... work. AND, making the time to rest, eat, practice, breathe, learn, love, seek, give, feel, believe, make mistakes and grow when Im not working. Patience my friends. The metamorphingness is happening now. The end result will be worth the rough road. I will understand any who choose to cast a vote of no confidence against me as Im not what some believe I should be by now & we probably dont spend enough time together for ya to know me well enough to consider doing otherwise. Alas, only time will tell. Ill keep working towards my self improvement while accepting the things that I do have as blessings. My sincere apologies to anyone that I may have let down.
