Went to AU Vet School of Medicine yesterday with Aneta and brought Gracie home after having spinal surgery. Gracie cried all the the way home as she was so happy to be in our arms. Gracie is the most loving puppy and brings everyone a lot of joy. She is the princess! She slept all night until 5 a.m. Radiation begins next Monday. I could never say enough compliments about the physicians, student doctors and staff at the Vet School. Competent, nice, friendly, caring people. Dr. Almond, the doctor who will provide the radiation is 1 of 2 in Al, and 1 of 50 in US, who perform this high tech radiation. Gracie and I are blessed! Maybe she will be able to see Gene in rehab today or tomorrow. He is anxious to see her! Will make both of them feel better!
