Went to the Good Guys today and bought the 5L Maxim round slow cooker. Have spaghetti bolognese cooking in it atm. Cant fault it yet, only cost me $25 :O. My partner and I were standing in line with it and the lady beside us piped up and said those are awesome arent they? I thought she meant the brand I was buying but she meant slow cookers in general. When I told her it was my 3rd slow cooker she kind of looked at me weird lol. Then I mentioned I was buying it mainly to do cakes and desserts in she was shocked. Can you do cakes and bread in them she said lol. Then I told her about this awesome page. So there maybe a new slow cooker fan/addict/newby :D I can admit this page has changed the way I cook in my kitchen. Thank you Paulene :D I think everyone here would agree with me right? :D
