Were not at 600 likes yet but were getting close! Heres a video for you anyway. :-) When simply going up and down stairs just isnt enough anymore, heres something to change it up with. Try going side to side doing speed skaters on the way down, this will activate more of the glutes. Be sure to land every step so youre not just jumping back and forth avoiding falling over. If youre doing this on a particularly massive set of stairs I recommend doing this down one set and walking down the next so your heart rate gets a chance to recover a bit.
