Wesley Warren, man with 130-pound scrotum, dies at 49 Wesley Warren, best known as the man with the 130-pound scrotum, has died, according to reports. The 49-year-old Las Vegas resident passed away at University Medical Center on Friday after his health declined over the past month, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Las Vegas Review-Journal Wesley Warren, who often wore a hooded sweatshirt as pants to accomodate his growth, allowed his painful life and search for treatment to be documented. Warren had been in the hospital for 5 1/2 weeks due to a series of infections related to his diabetes, and had two heart attacks while hospitalized, a friend told the paper. The recent health issues are said to be unrelated to his scrotal lymphedema, a painful condition that caused his scrotum to swell to an enormous size. Warren had the growth removed last year in a 13-hour operation. Las Vegas Review-Journal Though he underwent surgery to remove his swollen scrotum in 2013, Wesley Warren suffered from other health conditions such as diabetes and asthma. Warren gained a measure of fame after appearing in a documentary about his outsized organ, and was a guest on The Howard Stern Show and Comedy Central.
