Weve been holding off to post this until it was official. But, Oct. 27th Rob and I won the bid on a house in an online auction. We found out on Halloween that our bid was accepted and because we were paying cash, closing was set to happen on the 18th of November. Which, would have been much sooner than the normal closing time frame. But, alas, not everything goes according to plan. After constant hounding of more than 4 different companies....the deed was finally recorded yesterday!!!! Now, we own a home in Grants Pass, Oregon on 2.5 acres. The only catch, its occupied. So, now begins the eviction process and then all of the work involved in order to flip it as soon as possible. We cant wait to get started!! Bonus...because we were ready to close immediately, we received $500 from the Sellers
