Weve been talking about cooking ahead and freezing, which is a great idea IMO. Being prepared, making it easy. And someone mentioned using their *FoodSaver - tiny.cc/foodsavernew - Do yall use a vacuum sealer? Overall, Im happy with my old FoodSaver, but one of my wishlisted items is amodel that detects liquid and has a delicate food setting so it doesnt squash the softer stuff (I hate needing to freeze something first). I also suspect I will be waiting for decades if I wait for it to wear out. Ive had it literally over a decade, Im not sure how long, and its not even flinching. I want new features! :D But hey, what are you going to do?
