What I saw yesterday brought me to my knees, literally. Officer - TopicsExpress

What I saw yesterday brought me to my knees, literally. Officer Thalmanns dept thought enough of him to allow the community to be apart of his final ride. Our current Sheriff would not allow that for the loss of Deputy Steve Boehm It would hold up traffic (direct quote). Capt. Scantling is hidden in the shadows even today. When I went and pleaded with the current Sheriff to please not reissue the badge numbers of our fallen, I had to find out what Jerry Van Barbers badge number was because The current Sheriff AND his Col. AND a Major did not know. (It took one brief phone call) This was a SIX hour battle to convince him why these men deserve to take their call numbers with them. I have fought a good fight even in the midst of being lied to and threatened, yes threatened. I am done with being scared, intimidated, and most of all, keeping my mouth shut out of fear. I will continue to do the right thing as I know those who have stood by me thus far will also. But it is time! Veritas liberabit vos!
