What a blessing to have things and people in this world that facilitate pain. I wouldnt know what love feels like without them and for that I am eternally grateful. The deeper the pain the deeper the capacity for love for one cannot exist without the other. Knowing this gives rise to seeing my difficult qualities in a new light. Having them is to have their counterparts (the greatest healing I have to offer the world) For example: The more we were ignored/neglected the more thoughtful and nurturing we are to others who need it The more we were abandoned the more we are there for those who need someone to listen and be there for them The more we were abused the more nurturing we are to those who have been hurt and maybe we start groups or movements from it. Adversity gives rise to great love...share your love the world needs it.
