What a day I had! And its not over yet... This morning I visited one of our Ethiopian absorption centers to give food boxes for Rosh Hashanah to newly arrived immigrants. Today we are distributing 1500 such food baskets throughout Israel. Then I spoke to a group of one hundred high school students who have volunteered to distribute the food packages to the needy in their neighborhood in Jerusalem. I am so inspired and encouraged by these experiences helping build a better Israel and providing the basic needs of her citizens. I am so grateful to God for enabling me to help others.
