What a day!! What a year! What a life!!! Im just sitting here- checking in with my amazing new challenge group that started yesterday... watching videos of WHY these amazing women have decided to start their health/fitness journey.. and Im just SMILING from ear to ear. No title, no rank, no amount of money, nothing will ever compare to the satisfaction and JOY I get when I KNOW that I am helping make a difference in someone elses life. It is BEYOND INCREDIBLE!! I am SO HAPPY for achieving this AMAZING GOAL I set last year! But the BEST part about reaching it- is knowing that i have helped HUNDREDS of moms, teachers, military members, college students, nurses, doctors, lawyers, grandmas husbands, wives (the list goes on).. PEOPLE achieve something that they set out to do!!! Knowing that I was there to encourage, inspire, motivate, support and give HOPE to them!! THAT is AMAZING to me!!
