What a fab day in town with youngest daughter. Central Library first where Mia got five books out (shes an avid reader, especially Jacqueline Wilson), and then we looked at Lava lamps in Church Street...Id like one for the living room...and then a sure sign that Mia is growing up fast...she elected to eat at Subway rather than Maccies. Then we sat eating chocolate limes whilst watching some arl fella dancing to Mr Tambourine Man on Church Street, much to the amazement of a large group of smiling tourists. Mias getting into The Beatles too cos she wanted her photo taken beside the John Lennon statue on Mathew Street...all you need is love and to press the right button, dad! And finally, on a packed 10A home the plastic bag that was holding Mias loom bands collapsed on me whilst trying to alight from the bus. Luckily, the boxes that held them stayed intact, otherwise there would have been lazzy bands all over the seats and on peoples shoulders and everything. x
