What a knock out lunch at the Sinatra Resturante with my sister. After that a trip to the sheriffs office. They were so helpful with information for my book in progress. Im loving it. LUNCH: Mediterranean Escargot with Portabella Mushrooms, roaster red peppers, baby spinach, Italian ham, finished with garlic I a garlic wine butter sauce, servce over grilled rustic bread... and that was just the appetizer. then a, not at all your average burger, oh no, it was a Bruchetta Burger: 8oz. black angus ground beef, char-grilled, topped with bruschetta, pesto aioli and mozzarella cheese. I thought I had died and gone to heaven...Best burger Ive EVER had. What a fun day of research ...heehee
