What a load of crap... The most dry and dead festival I have ever been too!! There is NO connection between the 1970 IOW fest and the one that happens now, they are just on the same island.... How do you go about competing for bands at that level? Well, our festival was the Woodstock of Europe. Jimi Hendrix played there, so did Bob Dylan, and it was a famous name because of them. It’s got an environment and an atmosphere that’s different from other places. If honestly said this phrase would read: Our festival is all about money money money. If you love wallowing in piss, being charged and extortionate amount for a carling and feeling on edge the entire time because you might get lamped by a pissed up chav, this place is for you.
