What a month, while everyone was here last week we noticed a wet spot on the living room ceiling, fixed but need to have the chimney siding replaced. This morning the air conditioner stopped working because of .....ANTS. Those little #$%$%@^% bugs apparently went into the outside unit to get water and damaged whatever. It is fixed now. Plus I have had an almost migraine for 4 days...now it is the real thing. But I finally got the medicine for it.
