What are the expectations for a Browns rookie quarterback? Last year of course the Browns used three qbs but somehow managed to pass for over 4000 yards, the second highest total in Browns history. Moreover, it was clear that the Browns were better when Brian Hoyer played, not as good when Jason Campbell played, and they were much less effective when Brandon Weeden played. The three qbs totalled 20 INTs , which is bad but not necessarily horrible (the division winning Bengals also had 20, and the Ravens had 23). So, how terrible was the quarterbacking for the Browns in 2013 really, and how much better will it be if they go with a rookie starter in 2014?
