What do you consider excellent customer service? Today I dealt with Tynte Flowers to send a beautiful boy - best buddy with my son and family friends (on behalf of the school mums) after a horrid accident last night and surgery. Please support this amazing business as they went way above and beyond normal customer service. I asked for something they did not sell or have available BUT - nothing was too hard. A little thinking outside the square and they raided their own first aid box to bandage a bear for me! And then, at my request, they sent me a pic so I could show the contributors. Seeing a photo of the little man tonight hugging the bear was priceless. Please support these guys. Beautiful people with amazing service (and realistic prices). xx
