What do you do when you cant make it to the gym? Make up your own workout in your living room!!! Single leg squats onto a chair are a great progression toward pistol squats. I am trying to maintain good form because balance is actually challenging for me believe it or not because I had massive surgeries on both my lower legs in 2007. Always striving to push myself to be a little better than I was yesterday give these a try, just make sure that your knee isnt coming over your toe to protect that ACL! Also, try not to plop on the chair.
